The Rooms


The Olive Rooms have everything practitioners need to conduct proceedings and support parties to finalise complex negotiations:

  • meeting rooms
  • breakout rooms
  • work rooms
  • informal meeting areas
  • audio and video conferencing
  • WIFI, scanning, printing and copying facilities
  • a fully equipped kitchen
  • charging ports
  • staff to assist parties with administrative, technology and catering needs

There are private and open spaces. All areas have natural light, most with large windows onto Castlereagh Street and the private spaces have double glazing level soundproofing. There is security access and opening hours are flexible to accommodate the needs of parties in other time zones.

Rooms can be configured to meet the requirements of a particular proceeding. If necessary, adjoining areas can be integrated considerably expanding capacity.

Room hire includes the use of suitable meeting room and breakout rooms for each party and for separate negotiations. It also includes refreshments (including light meals and non-alcoholic beverages), printing and copying. Charges range from $1,300 to $1,700 for a full day and $700 to $900 for a half day (+ GST).
