The Olive Rooms provide a secure environment in which parties can settle their differences in private by:

  • mediation
  • collaborative practice
  • arbitration or adjudication
  • other dispute resolution processes

The Olive Rooms can also be configured for conducting contested litigation and are suitable for general meetings and small conferences.

HISTORY

The Olive Rooms were first used as a dispute resolution venue in April 2020. They were then known as L10 Mediation. There were two resident mediators, Tony Tesoriero and Peter Banki. Some 30 mediations took place in the period to April 2021. The premises were available for hire, but most mediations were conducted by the resident mediators.

In September and October 2021, the premises were renovated and expanded. In April 2024, The Olive Rooms relocated to Level 22, 85 Castlereagh Street Sydney.
